Seeking a builder who specialises in the construction of pole homes. Have a sloping block (down from street) located at Edens Landing.
Looking to build a very simple 4 bedroom pole home with garage and rear deck. Have basic design plans but nothing formal at this stage. Open to ideas.
Would like to keep within a construction budget of $180K - $220K.
Can provided soil test results and survey plan upon request.
