Single internal wall to be built plastered and painted in a house which is brand new. Intention is too match existing walls, skirts and paint colour. One end of the wall is to be attached to an existing wall and to come out at right angles. We also like a 'cut-out' in the wall to later fit internal shutters.
We just want someone to be able to co-ordinate the three aspects of building, plastering and paint in this small job. We would love this to commence immediately.
