Need a small extension (study) on a 3 bedroom house. The extesion will close off 3 walls located at the middle of the house on the ground floor. Currenly have plans, which have not been submitted to council. Area of new room is 9.6m2. WIll need to divert stormwater pipes, incorporate existing ducted air conditioning into the design. Planning to commence ASAP
