Stair and balcony installation...and some odds and ends

Hi, I'm putting in stairs to a loft style room. Not traditional stairs, more like a ladder with railings. The height is about 2.7mtrs. I'd like the loft space enclosed with sliding doors (would be looking at something similar to those used on built in cupboards) and plasterboard to finish off the job to give the room a 'sound proof' like quality. I'm also looking at getting a small balcony put in in an external area. The size would be about 1.5mts x 1.5mtrs.
There would also be some odds and ends - like repositioning powerpoints as a result of the changes.
I might also put in a skylight to the loft to increase ventilation.
Any questions let me know or otherwise call to arrange a visit...it is difficult to explain.
The work won't require BA.
I'm keen to get the work started asap.
