Total area roof 12m x 6m. Garage 6m x 4m - with roller door, sliding glass door and sliding window, with a carport in front 6m x 6m. Budget of $20,000 to $25,000. Had a materials quote ( 12 months old) for a kit ex QLD ( not including delivery ) of $10,500. Have a set of preliminary plans. A flat or skillion roofed garage kit, with the above features, fitted beneath a wave roof carport would be suitable.
