Plaster walls and install cornice. Owner will arrange demolition, electrics and plumbing.

When initial quote came in a bit higher than our budget he was very helpful in negotiating what we could do ourselves (we are hanging our own plaster). Work was completed in a timely fashion and to a satisfactory standard. Andrew and his team were easy to deal with. I will be giving them a call in about 10 years time for a quote on an extension.
