We are removing a load bearing wall and our previous structural engineer has disappeared in the middle of our council application. we are at the stage requiring plans, for the application, of the existing floor layout and the intended plan.
We assume you would also need to visit and re-do all the the previous structural engineer has done (letter of assessment).
