Structural Inspection of dble brick house

I have noticed a vertical crack in the the brick wall of the external, attached laundry. The crack also appears to be visible as a crack in the interior cement rendering.
I would like this crack inspected and the rest of the house checked for structural issues.
I would also like an indication of any repair work that will be required.
