The entire 3.6 x 4.6 metre (approx) sub-floor structure including setting 4 concrete stumps, 2 bearers, 2 joist plates with malthoid damp course, 9 joists (with further joisting around the corner fireplace) to be replaced, levels to match existing floor in adjoining hallway. All timber to be FULLY seasoned. Flooring not required. Site is fully cleared. Budget for labour only, all necessary materials to be supplied and paid for upon presentation oforiginal supplier's trade-discounted invoice/s. Work to be started and completed within two (2) consecutive days. Any fees payable to ServiceCentral shall be paid by the contractor. Prospective contractor/s should provide license details and at least two (2) referrals to customers for whom similar jobs have been done.
