Hi ,
we are renting a shop and DNRM has not accepted building old surveyor plan- there are 5 shops in the building.
We have been requested to Re Do it but unfortunately our landlord doesnt want to pay for it. so are paying for it.
Old plan is already in place and accurate.
"DNRM has stated in requisition letter that land is registered over demised land "
and our solicitor has asked for new surveyor plan.
Now I am after a fixed quotation for new surveyor plan
along with advise on what would be needed from landlord ( shop owner )
and your available appointment
