Tile roof requires structural and other repairs

There are two parts to the job:
A. Carpentry
A structural engineer has provided a report on two repairs to be done on our house (this is available to anyone interested in the work). One repair is to deal with a sagging section of Monier-tiled roof and the other is to shore up a cracked wall. Both repairs are mainly carpentry but will involve removing and replacing the tiles and sarking. Therefore, a roofer will be needed as well. The repair of the sagging section (about 6m x 4m) will involve removing the failed beams, replacing them and then rebuilding the roof structure (which is a traditional one, not a trussed roof).
Roof repairs
We also have other roofing work that has to be done and it would make sense for the roofing contractor to do the whole lot at the same time. This other roofing work comprises replacement of a skylight, replacement of all pointing along the edges of the roof, the re-mortaring of ridge capping and replacement of a rusted downpipe.

The house is a single story, brick veneer one built around 1981.
