I need a builder to build a modest architect designed single storey 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with timber sub floor and timber framed wall with kliplok roof(approx. 136m2/15 Squares for the dwelling and 55m2 for the garage). I am looking at $1100 per m2 for the dwelling alone(estimate excludese joinery, floor finishes,and garage).Please don't bother wasting both our time if you are unable to do so for the aforementioned estimate. I have been in the building industry for quite some time..I look forward to hearing from you nonetheless.

Absolutely hopeless, a complete waste of time, registered interest, I sent him drawings and yet he never responded. He formulated all sorts of excuses and promises regarding the delay. I gave up after trying to contact him again after numerous phone calls and e-mails. Absolutely hopeless with communication and in my experience as an architect, this is the sort of builder one has to avoid.
