I want to renovate the current Chinese take away shop to be Thai take away and restaurant. It is around 65 square meter. The shop has the exhausted hood range, kanopi and grease tap. I only want to move lay out of the shop and have new design. I also have the drawing plan already. The backyard area is in consideration to be renovated to be a dining area too. It's about 60 square meters.
