Our 1950s unit is in need of some love in preparation for sale. This ground floor 2 BR unit needs a new kitchen, new floor tiles in the kitchen, new splashback, new applicances, general patch and repair, painting throughout, polish the floor boards, new light fittings, "mendobath" the bathroom and replace electrical switches to modernise.
There are no structural works to take place.
The unit will be available for inspection and quoting on the morning of Tuesday the 16th of April.
