Looking for a builder with experience in renovating Californian Bungalows.
My existing verandah needs reinstating back to period and requires new verandah pillars, wall between the pillars, foundation and 'decking' required on smaller Californian Bungalow. Verandah roof structure is in tact but will need new guttering also.
I would like examples, etc of similar work done tool ease.
Existing verandah tiles and concrete needs to be removed as part of this job too.
Expected trades are bricklayer, concreted, carpenter, etc.
