  Existing gyprock wall to be built in front of existing one (i.e. brought forward approx 100mm.

Existing adjacent wall return 700mm "nib" to be fully removed and made good. This requires 2 exposed studs need to be removed - currently gyprock removed only. Patch and fill flooring, ceiling and wall.
