We want to replace a low front wall with a 1.8m high rendered brick or block wall with automatic timber driveway gate and pedestrian gate. Require provider to:
- obtain building permit and height consent from Glen Eira Council - if not possible, at least provide design so we can secure permits ourselves
- remove existing wall
- design and construct wall including any footings
If possible, also provide:
- automated timber gates including all electrical work
- rendering
