Sunroom currently a 60's extension and was built by extending the original pitched roof. Proposing to relocate kitchen/laundry and extend southern wall about 2m to create larger open plan family area, so likely that a new hipped roof is required to maintain head height. Some restumping along west boundary of existing building and internal modification of old external windows into french doors also required.
