I need a builder/handyman with relevant experience to replace/restore weatherboards in a 2 bedroom victorian in Northcote in preparation for repainting. The northern side looks shabby, but doesn't seem to be any dry rot, southern side there are a few boards needing to be replaced due to dry rot. Ultimately we need someone to advise us on what boards needs to be replaced and to do the work. We are having restumping done in the next month or so, so probably best to do the work after restumping?
