We are in need of a reliable and ethical cabinet maker who can either finish off or start from scratch cabinets in 4 rooms. We hired JB Superior Joinery back in October to complete the job, but all we have are cabinets 30% complete and $7400 out of pocket. He has let us down on 12 separate occasions.
We have completed building and want built ins in 4 of our rooms. The details are as follows:
In Rumpus Room - The room is 5.4m wide. In the middle of the room, there is a fireplace provision that is 1.4m wide and 600mm deep.
On both sides of the fireplace, we would like built ins from floor to ceiling (2.55m high). The width is 2m wide and 400mm deep. We would like 4 cupboards with a middle shelf inside (approx. 900 high) and then 2 open shelves. Half of this cabinet is made.
In the Family Room & Rumpus room, we have a bulkhead that is 400mm deep. We would like 2 units that fits these recesses - 3.3m wide by 400mm deep and 600mm high. We would like it to have 4 draws (2 on each end) and 4 cupboards with shelf inside. Half of these units are made.
We would also like overhead laundry cabinets. This has not commenced.
