Crack/break in granite benchtop & uneven join near sink

Hi, i'm renovating my kitchen, and i recently had granite benchtops installed - u shape. problem is, one benchtop was poorly installed (unevenly)
and now i have a small break on the corner near the sink cutout. also, the breakfast benchtop join sits higher than the sink cutout area, and i'm afraid this will affect the sink installation. so i would like to get this problem fixed before the plumbers return to install & finish off the sink & taps - like asap, today if possibe...thanks michelle.
