Cutting of kitchen laminate bench top

We will be removing a built in stove and oven, and are replacing it with a freestanding all-in-one stove/oven.
in order to do so, we will need the laminate bench top to be cut so that it is flush with the stove.
the cut bench top will then need to be sealed on the sides with near-matching laminate.
some internal work may also be required to remove an existing cabinet drawer to which the existing oven is currently installed.
no work is required in relation to the splash back.
a photo of the existing stove/oven and subsequent bench tops can be supplied on demand.
