1. Remove existing carcase around fridge space. Re-use to create two new doors to replace damaged doors under existing sink if feasible.

2. New benchtop in laminated MDF, colour Laminex Jet Terrazzo diamond gloss finish, extending approx 3M along north wall and approx 2.5 m along east wall. Benchtop overhangs carcase 340mm on western end and 300mm on northern side. D – shape edge.

3, Existing double bowl sink to be replaced with new Olivieri Sonetto sink supplied by owner. Overmount 405 x 455m. Sink to be installed with short side to the front. Tap to be installed on RHS of sink

4. New drawer unit in laminated MDF, 600 x 1200mm with 6 drawers and Alifrost aluminium framed glass translucent drawer fronts.

5. New overhead shelves x 3 in solid Vic Ash timber 38mm .
Shelves on north wall to extend around corner at reduced width, 250mm.
No shelf brackets. Timber sealed with satin polyurethane.

Upper half with 2 internal shelves
Lower half with 4 Eurofit wire baskets WPD – B 200mm
Two separate doors. Depth 600mm.

7. New drawer unit on east wall Height 500mm length 2500mm
Four matching drawers with Alifrost aluminium framed glass translucent fronts Allowance to be made at back of drawers for TV plugs and switches. Wall cable entry at top to be removed and wall patched. New cable entry to be provided in new benchtop above drawers. Benchtop in Laminated MDF colour Jet Terrazzo Diamond gloss finish

8. New overhead cupboards to match existing , on RHS [ south ] of pantry.
Doors from overhead cupboards on LHS [ north ] of pantry to be removed and used on new overhead cupbds.
Doors on LHS to be replaced with Alifrost glass doors as above.

9 Install Eurofit 2- level side rack WSR -2 in existing cpbd alongside oven as indicated

10. Kickspace to be maintained throughout
