The cupboard doors are melamine/laminate in style with wood that runs across the top of each door from one side to the other. The wood has a groove in it which you use to open the doors. On three of these doors the wood requires replacement due to damage caused by our dog. In addition, all four drawers in the kitchen required this same type of repair as well as needing re-construction of the sides, bases and backs of the drawers. One kitchen cuppoard door needs re-hanging.
