Existing particle board kitchen and polished wood floors have been damaged by a burst water pipe. Plumbing repairs are complete but most of the kitchen needs to be replaced including cork floor and splashback tiles. The floor boards in the rest of the house require a light sand and re-finish.
This will be paid by our insurance company, but they claim they are unable to get a builder in our area and have sent me the work order instead and requested that I get quotes.
