Modify kitchen cabinets for new oven/cooktop

We currently have a 60cm wide underbench oven and 60cm cooktop directly above it. they are seperate items. we are replacing them with an all in one oven and cooktop, as well as installing a canopy rangehood. we need to have the existing appliances removed, the kitchen benchtop and front cut to make room for the new appliance, and the rangehood installed (there is no exisiting rangehood). the existing and new oven is electric and the existing and new cooktop is gas so all connections are there. power will need to be provided for the rangehood.
