1. rework the existing kitchen cabinetry to provide a cavity for a new 90cm electric oven underneath the existing gas cooktop.
2.the old cavity in the cabinetry for the old wall oven to be made good with new shelves/cupboards.
3. the gas pipe feeding the cooktop will prpobably need to be moved around.
