area 2: aside of the house: also need decking and pergolas; area; 2.4 m x 7.6m; the 7.6m long attach to the house. 2 side of 2.4 also attaching and only 1 side left is free to air (image it sharp as letter "c").
hardwood decking are prefer for long life duration but the design need to keep as simple as possible to minimal budget. also timber treatment and polish are not require as owner will do it themselves. many thanks
