We are in need of a Carpenter who can build the frame for our extension. We are owner builders and we have had advice that we don't really require a builder as we already have contractors for electrical, plumbing, plastering etc so all we need is for someone to install the stumps and build the frame (including floor). We nay also need to build a deck and to install weatherboards (where necessary). We are looking at starting around April so if you are interested, a full copy of the plans can be supplied to assist in quoting.
