Update the main bathroom with a new shower (900 x 900 mm) and vanity unit (900 mm wide). Install new tiling to laundry, toilet and main bathroom (and the small landing area that joins the three of them). Remove old air conditioner in living room and plaster + brick over the opening. Finish off a large opening in the kitchen (adjoining the living room) with plaster and dressing. Enlarge the opening in the kitchen by about 200 mm (adjoining the lounge room) and finish off with plaster and dressing.
