Carpenter/Builder required to build an approx 50 sqm hardwood deck for our unit in Lorne (Gt Ocean Rd). All at ground level and easy access, although some excavation is required at one end to allow clearance and a small retaining wall / built in seats. Carpenter/Builder will be required to prepare drawings and obtain building permit. Subject to agreeing a reasonable price, we are ready to start immediately.
