8m by 4m deck, long edge against house. rear of house, facing east, no existing deck. slight slope, ground to floor is 30cm at the house, approximately 80cm at the 4m point. Interested in concrete or wooden deck- currently undecided. also need roof, possibly peaked, with some clear sections to allow light. fence around deck perimeter as well. ground is dirt/clay. no rock. Some access to back yard, there is a shed with single roller door at each end allowing access (would allow large car or ute, but not a truck). Looking to get an idea of cost.
