Build decking and verandah to existing home

Paul requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Vermont South

We would like to add a wooden decking with covering (verandah) to an existing 1970s brick veneer home. The 'L' shaped decking would be approximately 7.580m width x 3m depth x 2.600m height and 2.980m width x 6.45m depth x 2.600m height.

Entire decking would be covered with bell or gable roof (verandah styled), timber/steel framed and has small steps that lead out to the garden. Weatherproofing the deck is required.

Existing area is made of up a combination of concrete and garden.
