I have two small rooms - 900 x 1850 and 1850 x 2500. I have removed existing suspended concrete floor and looking for someone to frame up subfloor and lay sheeting in both rooms. There are existing brick piers. Bearers will sit on them and one whale plate on one wall. I have all materials on site and ready to start.
