1. i need two new shelves, both approximately 80cm long, to be built into my linen cupboard.
i had to have a shelf removed to make room for a larger hot water cylinder. i still have the material from this shelf and it would be long enough for one new shelf.
2. i want to replace the old hinges on my six kitchen cupboard doors with integrated soft-closing hinges. i was quoted $6 each hinge by specialised joinery supplies, north hobart.
(the sixth cupboard door might be a problem because it is a cross-corner or l-shaped cupboard. not sure how soft-closing hinges would work on this one.)
