With a strong focus on our national infrastructure the Regis Group has a portfolio of 38 facilities in Queensland, Victoria, NSW, WA and SA.

We are seeking to engage building services contractors, as preferred suppliers, on an as needs basis, who are proficient in carpentry, small building jobs, electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting to assist the Property Group and Maintenance Officer in the respective facilities in each state.

To qualify you will have hands-on experience and demonstrated knowledge in repairs and maintenance in your field of expertise. Equally, you will have empathy and understanding of the care environment – being courteous, helpful and able to work within a close team environment.

You will be required to liaise with the respective Regis Facility Managers and Maintenance Officers and your duties will cover the following:

• Assisting with preventative and corrective maintenance works;
• Assessment of work requests and action with service contractors;
• Successfully completing all works in accordance with the purchase order and on time and where quoted on budget;
• Adhering to the Regis Standard Specification in all design and finishes, equipment / product selection for building and services;
• Adhering to the Regis Property Group procedures for official work orders and invoicing.

• Hourly rate for normal and after hours attendance;
