• Internal walls to be installed on ground floor. all walls ordered short and will require one section to be built on site when dimensions can be confirmed.

• custom build walls to first floor - timbers will be supplied cut to size.

Wall construction will be using Hardies Zero lot construction method. In summary walls are stood up & levellled and then layed down external sheetings applied and then walls stood up again and fixed in place. all external walls will be of this construction.
Detailed documentation of the construction method can be supplied. and approved council plans
