Replace load bearing post (roof truss sits on it) also eaten out by termites. Repair/brace boarer damaged truss beam. Review and repair any other termite damage as found. Build and source/install new gates Source/install standard pool fencing. Repairs to be completed to 'painting stage'..so to include plastering of sheet joints. We are settling on the purchase of this house on 31 August and requrie the above works to be undertaken as from 1 September so we can move in ASAP. Required to be a licensed builder with sufficent insurances in place and guarantee on works.
