Hello there is small section of the floorboards that need to be replaced in the kitchen area. The floorboards in the area have been pulled up and we have the other floor boards ready to be installed. They will be sanded and polished after this by another tradesperson. Looking for an hourly rate and should be about half a day work but needs to be done in the next few days
