Carpet removed from 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms & hallway. tiles removed from kitchen & laundry floor (if boards already underneath). exisiting floorboards in living areas, kitchen, laundry, hallway sanded & polished. settlement of house is on june 26 will need work to start on or close to friday june 27 to be ready before we move in. house will obviously be empty of furniture making work easier.
