Scope:
• Make a new doorway opening in existing wall between hall and garage.
• Being careful not to damage internal wooden floor.
• Make doorway including casing, stop, jamb and threshold.
• Supply and fit door.
• Door Type and Model:Corinthian: MODASTYLE: MODP1: Solid Door (photo below)2040 x 820 x 35
• Supply and fit lock and door lever.
• Note: The estimated MAX door height is about 1950 mm. Standard door will need to be modified slightly to fit.
• Paint door, walls etc. to match existing.
• Supply and build internal stairs as per attached sketch.
• Remove all construction waste and materials.
• Leave a clean site.

This provider contacted us quickly by phone and visited the site. On site provider was polite, courteous and checked details of what we wanted. But after that visit there was no quote and no followup phone call which was disappointing. The job details with photos and drawings were posted to the Job attachment section of Service Central and I suspect the provider may not have checked those details.
