Cupboard with sliding doors

I want a quote for a cupboard with the following specifications:
1. Length - 2000mm
2. Width - 415 mm
3. Height - 750 mm (base shelf of the cupboard starts at 95mm, with a white plank underneath as is normally the case for kitchen cupboards)
4. Two sliding doors
5. Behind the doors, there will be a partition (like in built in robes) with 2 shelves on one side and 1 shelf on the second side
6. Holes on the sides so that shelves can be moved up and down
7. As it will be in kitchen, I want it to be built with Humidity and Moisture resistance quality
8. All white in colour, Melamine board
