Build a 3000 x 7360 Deck (3 meteres above ground fixed to house).
Sub floor will be treated pine MGP10 and Cypress posts. Deck will be either merbau or ironbark. Balustrade will be stainless steel wire kit and handrails will be either merbau or ironbark timber.
All materials will supplied (timber and materials) + building permit will be issued. Require experienced decking contractor. Job to be completed from start to finish. Require labour only.
