Deck needs renovation and pergola needs repairs

Existing front deck has a step in it. Half of it is 300 mm lower then the other half. Need to build it up to the same level. Replace all balustrade. Preferably timber and Stainless steel wire.
Back of the house has a pergola like structure, no roof, just posts and beams, at ground level with rotting timber. It needs partial replacement of beams and possibly some columns.
