2 jobs require (in 1 house):
Area 1: At the back of the house: require decking and pergolas; area: 5m x 7m. The 7m long attaching to the house, 3 others side are free standing.
Area 2: aside of the house: also need decking and pergolas; area: 2.4m x 7.6m; This area have its 3 sides attaching walls and only 1 side left of 7.6m is free to air (image it sharp as letter "C").
Hardwood timber deck are prefer for long life duration but the design (for pergolas) need to keep as simple as possible to minimal budget. Also timber treatment and polishing are not require as owner will do it themselves.
