Curt requested 3 quotes from Carpenters in Thornbury
Build a small simple wooden deck off the back house. approx 3500 x 1200 (3500 side is against a brick wall) approx 400mm above ground. Simple skillion roof with laserlight sheeting overhead.
Back door will open onto the deck with a small step down. Will also need 1-2 steps from deck to ground.
Framing in treated pine. You tell me your best price on decking timber. This is for a rental, so must be low cost & maintenance free.
Can provide sketch & pictures of site, or can arrange site visit. Need ~ 3-4 weeks.
