I have an area under a verandah which I'd like a deck made for. Made out of 90mm Merbau. Area is 9600 x 3600. There is brick-paving underneath, so slight excavation is necessary to allow for necessary clearance underneath decking. The bricks are concreted, but not to a concrete slab. Access from ROW is easy.
