We live in a 2-story brick townhouse. We have a balcony at the front of the second story. The balcony spans approximately 5.3m x 2.2m. The base of the balcony is a steel roof.
A small section of decking already sits on the roof. The current decking is approximately 3.2m x 2.2m, so it does NOT span the full length and width of the roof.
What we need...
We basically need decking that spans the full length and width of the roof. Some things to note...
1. The roof declines at a small angle, but the decking needs to be level.
2. The decking material should be as light as possible, if possible.
3. The decking needs to have a section that can be lifted/removed to access the roof for cleaning.
4. The decking needs a small raised section for seating (which will also cover the chute that extends from the kitchen rangehood).
