The total deck we require is about 21msq in Kwila Timber.
It is essentaillty a larger area about 26m sq (approx 4.5x6m) but has a large hole in the middle (approx 2250 x 2250mm) where a spa will be recessed into the deck. The slab for the spa is being finished at the moment.
Require a trap door to access spa pump etc.
Easy access. Plus the ground is already cut to provide 450mm clearance under the deck.
