Dry rot in weatherboards and floor boards needs to be replaced & treated

Helen requested 2 quotes from Carpenters in Taren Point

Weatherboards in front and side of cottage are affected by dry rot; unsure of extent of problem but may extend to floorboards in front room; there has recently been a slow leak in the bathroom and have concerns that bathroom also may be affected by dry rot and may also need boards repaired.
